The service provides:

• AI-powered content analysis and pattern suggestions for safety purposes

Restricted Use: This service is designed exclusively for Trust & Safety professionals, content moderators, and platform administrators who are responsible for maintaining safe online environments. Any use outside of legitimate content moderation purposes is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use Blocklistly, you must:

• Create a user account with accurate and complete information

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Blocklistly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate content moderation and Trust & Safety operations
• Generate patterns for harassment, discrimination, or targeting of protected groups
• Use the service to create patterns that violate human rights or civil liberties
• Generate patterns for illegal surveillance, stalking, or privacy violations
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Use the service to generate patterns for malicious purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to generate patterns that violate third-party rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the service in a way that could damage Safefoundry Inc.'s reputation
• Generate patterns that could be used to circumvent legitimate content moderation efforts
• Use the service to create patterns that promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activities

Prohibited Uses Include: Generating patterns for harassment, discrimination, illegal surveillance, hate speech, violence, or any activity that violates human rights, civil liberties, or applicable laws. The service must only be used to protect users and maintain safe online communities.

Ethical Responsibility: Users must ensure that all generated patterns are used responsibly and in accordance with ethical content moderation practices. This includes respecting user privacy, avoiding over-censorship, and ensuring patterns are not used to suppress legitimate speech or target marginalized communities.

5. Ethical Content Moderation Requirements

Mandatory Ethical Use: As a user of Blocklistly, you are required to use this service exclusively for ethical content moderation and Trust & Safety purposes. You must adhere to the following ethical principles:

• Proportionality: Ensure that any patterns generated are proportional to the actual harm they seek to prevent

Prohibited Ethical Violations: You are strictly prohibited from using this service to:

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Safefoundry Inc. and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service, but grant Safefoundry Inc. a license to use, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing the service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Safefoundry Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or other damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use, misuse, or inability to use the service
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Damages resulting from any third-party actions, content, or services
• Damages resulting from AI-generated content or patterns
• Damages resulting from service interruptions or technical failures
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater
• Any damages arising from your violation of these Terms

CAP ON DAMAGES: In no event shall Safefoundry Inc.'s total liability exceed the lesser of (a) the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Safefoundry Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees), and debt arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the service
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any unauthorized use of your account
• Any harm caused by regex patterns generated through the service
• Any false or misleading information you provide

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the service.

11. Limitation of Remedies

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with Safefoundry Inc. is to discontinue use of the service. In no event shall Safefoundry Inc. be liable for any equitable relief, including but not limited to injunctive relief, specific performance, or other equitable remedies.

No Refunds: All fees paid for the service are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

12. Termination

Safefoundry Inc. may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

13. AI-Generated Content Disclaimers

IMPORTANT: Blocklistly uses artificial intelligence to generate regex patterns. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated patterns may not be 100% accurate or effective
• You are solely responsible for testing and validating all generated patterns
• You must review and approve all patterns before using them in production
• Safefoundry Inc. makes no guarantees about the effectiveness of AI-generated patterns
• You assume all risks associated with using AI-generated content
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• AI-generated patterns should be treated as suggestions, not definitive solutions

14. Force Majeure

Safefoundry Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, labor disputes, strikes, lockouts, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Safefoundry Inc.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that Safefoundry Inc. may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Safefoundry Inc.

17. Waiver of Rights

You acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully and understand your rights and obligations. By using the service, you voluntarily waive any rights or claims you may have against Safefoundry Inc. that are not expressly set forth in these Terms.

You specifically waive any right to:

• Bring class action lawsuits against Safefoundry Inc.
• Participate in class-wide arbitration
• Seek punitive or exemplary damages
• Claim damages for emotional distress or mental anguish

18. Limitation of Actions
